George Wallace is an actor and comedian born on 21st July 1952 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. After graduating from college, he relocated to New York to pursue a career in comedy. He initially found it difficult to establish himself as a comedian and had to do regular jobs to pay his bills. His breakthrough came when he was invited by one of his clients to perform a newly opened comedy club. He remained in New York City for a couple of years, living with Jerry Allen Seinfeld.
In 1978, he relocated to West Coast, where he managed to build his career as a comedian. He started performing regularly at The Comedy Store, which featured renowned artists like Rodney Dangerfield, Robin Williams, Richard Pryor, Jay Leno, and Roseanne Barr. Wallace made his acting debut in 1982, playing the role of The Champ in the comedy film “Things Are Tough All Over”. Over the years, he has appeared in leading and supporting roles in different films and television shows.
