Gloryhammer Bio
Gloryhammer is a band from the United Kingdom. The band was formed in 2010, and its members include keyboardist/backing vocalist Christopher Bowes, drummer Ben Turk, guitarist/backing vocalist Paul Templing, bassist/backing vocalist James Cartwright, keyboardist Micahel Barber, and lead vocalist Sozos Michael. They released their first studio album “Tales from the Kingdom of Fife” in March 2013. Before the release of the album, they released the single “Angus McFife” on Napalm’s YouTube channel in March 2013.
Their sophomore album, “Space 1992: Rise of the Chaos Wizards”, was released in September 2015. They would later go on tour with the support of other bands, including HammerFall, Stratovarius, and Blind Guardian. In January 2018, they went on tour in Europe, where they played in 24 shows. The following year, they released another album titled “Legends from Beyond the Galactic Terrorvortex”. Their latest album, “Return to the Kingdom Fife”, was released in 2023.
