Gojira Bio
Gojira is a metal band formed in Bayonne, France in 1996. The group is made up of Christian Andreu, Joe Duplantier, Mario Duplantier, and Jean-Michel Labadie.
The group was originally called Godzilla and they released demos such as Saturate, Victim, and Wisdom Comes under that name.
The Way of All Flesh which was released in 2008, made it to No. 138 of the US charts. In 2001, the group released their debut album Terra Incognita which includes the tracks “Love” and “Clone.” This was followed by another album in 2003, The Link. Gojira released another album From Mars to Sirius in 2006. Two years later, The Way of all Flesh which includes the songs “Vacuity” and “The Art of Dying” was released. Their next album came in 2012, L’Enfant Sauvage and their latest effort is the album Magma in 2006.
