Gondwana is a Chilean band that was formed in 1987 in Santiago, Chile. The leader of the band is known as Quique Neir who is popularly referred to as the Chilean Bob Marley.
Gondwana debuted in 1996 with the release of Together and followed it up four year later with the release of their sophomore effort Second Coming. Second Coming was a hit rocketing them to the top of the national charts. Some of their other known albums include Revolucion (2012), Reggae ‘N’ Roll (2015) and Carpe Diem (2017). Gondwana appeared on Klub & Los Autenticos Decadentes’ 2017 album Los Autenticos Reggaements and also on Shamanes’ 2018 album Totem.
