Grumpy Cat Bio
Many images have taken the world by storm, turned into memes and full-fledged internet sensations. Not one meme is quite as impressive as that from the feline Tardar Sauce. The cat, more commonly known as Grumpy Cat, received global fame when her photo was posted on the Reddit platform in 2012. At the time, Grumpy Cat was only 5 months old.
The photo portrayed the cat looking immensely unpleased and this sparked a series of funny quotes and memes that were highly relatable. Grumpy Cat appeared on many famous talk shows including the famous interview with Karl Stefanovic from Australia’s Today Show. The angry-looking feline went on to appear in advertisements for Friskies and Cheerios. Aubrey Plaza voiced Grumpy Cat in the movie Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever.
After spreading a lot of laughter, Grumpy Cat passed away in May 2019.
