Hale Appleman is a popular American TV actor, born on January 17, 1986, in New York City, New York. He is best known for starring in the popular TV series The Magicians alongside Jason Ralph. He has also appeared in the TV show Smash. Some of his popular movies include Private Romeo and Teeth.
He has graduated from LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts and has studied at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama. He has starred in the Roundabout Theater Company’s revival production of Streamers, directed by Scott Ellis. He made his film debut in 2006 in the movie Beautiful Ohio. Hale has played the role of Jesus in Passion Play by Sarah Ruhl. Actress Gillian Zinser is his cousin, and he’s good friends with Anthony Carrigan.
