Hannah Amond, who was born on June 20th, 1991, is an English singer, songwriter, photographer, and visual artist who goes by the stage name Hannah Diamond. Amond was given the name Hannah Diamond for her professional career. Since 2013, when she released her first song, "Pink and Blue," she has been working with A.G. Cook at his PC Music label to release her music. Both her music and her visual work adopt a style that may be described as a hyper realistic, excessively manufactured sweetness that is set against an earnestness. Her most recent hit, "Attachment," has a shimmering and toothsome melody that aims high both in terms of pitch and in terms of its overall scope. At moments, Diamond's harmonics reach heights that are almost comical, but the song's weight comes from the words, which are about a lovelorn bond.
