Hatchie was born on the 4th of May of 1993 in Brisbane of Queensland Australia under the legal name Harriette Pilbeam. She is an Australian singer-songwriter and musician. Her discography includes one album titled ‘Keepsake’, which is a collaboration with John Castle, and which was released in June of 2019, as well as one EP called ‘Sugar and Spice’. These were released alongside Double Double Whammy, Ivy League, and Heavenly Recordings, and feature several singles that were eventually included in these core collections. Her full-length album explores a variety of musical styles that are more moody and emotional, though still maintaining the genre of pop, as well as two very pop-heavy and upbeat tracks, “Not That Kind,” and “Keep”.
