Heather Martin (born September 27, 1995 in Carlsbad, California, USA) is an Instagram star and TV personality, best known for being a contestant on season 23 of The Bachelor.
Prior to the show, Heather was an assistant program manager who worked at Aethercomm, a design and manufacturing company in Carlsbad. She received much attention on the show after confessing that she had never been kissed and ended up leaving the show on week seven. She had her first kiss with Colton Underwood on the show. Following the conclusion of her time on season 23 of The Bachelor, Heather made a surprise return to the reality series for season 25 in hopes to explore her connections with bachelor Matt James and determine if old sparks could be rekindled.
Besides appearing on television, Heather is a thrill-seeker who enjoys bungee jumping, skydiving, and river-rafting. She shares selfies and travel content on her Instagram account where she has amassed thousands of followers.
