Heather Tom is an actress born on 4th November 1975, in Illinois, United States. She is widely recognized for appearing in numerous soap operas. She is particularly known for playing Victoria Newman in the soap opera “The Young and the Restless”. She started her career in 1989, playing the role of Heather in the sitcom “Who’s the Boss?” That same year, she appeared in the children’s television program “Kids Incorporated”.
Her other notable television appearance includes “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” in 2004, “The Wedding Bells” in 2007. “The Bold and the Beautiful” in 2007, and others. She made her film debut in 2004 with the short film “Delusion”. The following year, she appeared in the short film “Beyond the Ladies Room Door”. She went on to appear in other films in leading and supporting roles.
