Heidi Wong, a poet, artist, and content producer, was born in Beijing, China, on April 27, 1998. The artist and social media celebrity whose “itsheidiwong” TikTok account is most known for posting illustration videos with voiceovers from horror and real crime stories. Her videos include eerie music and narratives. Heidi created her Tiktok account after earning a BA in Creative Writing and Fine Arts with honours from Hamilton College. Within the first month, her account had over 200,000 followers and 20 million views. Heidi continues to produce viral video content for businesses including SONY, NBC Universal, Paramount Pictures, AMC, and more. She now has a global viewership of over 4 million followers. Additionally, Heidi has won the China National Art and Calligraphy Competition for 8 straight years and placed first for 6 of those years.
