Helen Louise Maroulis is an American professional wrestler who competes in freestyle wrestling events. She was born in Rockville, Maryland, United States, on September 19, 1991.
Helen began wrestling at the age of eighteen, and she turned professional in the early 2010s. She has had a decorated career that has seen her win three gold medals at the World Championships, one gold medal at the World Cup, one gold medal at the Pan American Games, and one gold medal at the Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin.
Helen’s career highlight was winning gold in the 53kg wrestling event at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics, which also featured Saori Yoshida, Nataliya Synyshyn, and Sofia Mattsson.
