Henry James Harvey Slade, known as Henry Slade, is an English professional rugby player who plays as a center, fly-half, and fullback in the Premiership. He was born in Plymouth, England, on March 19, 1993.
Henry spent his formative years playing for Plymouth College and the University of Exeter, and he turned professional in 2011 when he joined Plymouth Albion. He signed with the Exeter Chiefs later that year, and he has since spent over a decade with the club. Throughout his time with the Chiefs, Henry has played alongside Jack Nowell, Sam Simmonds, Dave Ewers, and Solomone Kata.
He has represented England at several rugby competitions since making his senior international debut in 2015.
Henry’s career highlights include winning the European Rugby Champions Cup, Premiership, Anglo-Welsh Cup, Six Nations Championship, and Autumn Nations Cup.
