Hinds Bio
Coming from Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain, Hinds was formed in 2011. The all-female quartet plays garage pop genre and was originally found by members Carlotta Cosials and Ana Garcia Perrote. The tow released their demos on their Bandcamp page under the name Deers. In 2014, they also released “Bamboo” and “Trippy Gun” which got the attention of NME and The Guardian among other publications.
The Deers expanded with the joining of Ade Martin and Amber Grimbergen. Their second release “Barn” was released in November 2014, followed by the change of their band’s name into “Hinds” because of a lawsuit threat. Their debut album “Leave Me Alone” was released in 2016 under Lucky Number Music.
