Welsh singer, dancer, and actor Ian "H" Watkins was born in Llwynypia, Rhondda, Wales, on May 8, 1976. Ian Watkins had already achieved incredible success with the pop band Steps when he was added to the Celebrity Big Brother cast in January 2007. The chart-friendly trio rose to prominence in the UK in the late 1990s thanks to a slew of successful songs. The singer, known as "H" because of his hyperactive demeanour, gained success on the West End stage with a prominent part in Joseph And The Technicolor Dreamcoat when the band members made the decision to go their own ways in 2001. The singer-turned-actor is also renowned for Steps: What the Future Holds, Steps: To the Beat of My Heart, and The Hit List (2020).
