Ilenia Lazzarin is a well-known Italian actress who was born in the city of Busto Arsizio in the region of Varese on September 6, 1982. Her performance as the character Viola Bruni in the Neapolitan television soap opera, Un Posto al Sole, is widely regarded as her most notable part (also known as A Place in the Sun). The Busto Arsizio native, who was 37 years old at the time, had stepped away from the spotlight in order to focus on raising her son, who had been born at the start of the new year. The gift of parenthood in the form of the infant son Raoul, whom she had by virtue of her marriage to celebrity, Roberto Palmieri. Claudia Ruffo, who is well known for her role as Angela in the television soap opera, was the one who first put Roberto and him together.
