Ilira Bio
Ilira Gashi, better known as Ilira, is a Swiss singer and songwriter who performs electronic and pop music. She was born in Brienz, Switzerland, on October 29, 1994. She started her music career singing with a band called The Colors with whom she was a contestant in the Swiss TV show Die Grosse Entscheidungs Show. After moving to Berlin, she released her debut single Whisper My Name in 2018. Her discography includes the hit singles Dynamite, Best of Us, Ladida (My Heart Goes Boom), Happiness, and Rule The World featuring Gamper & Dadoni. Her single Fading with Alle Farben peaked at number one in The Czech Republic and at number two in Poland and Slovakia. Ilira received an MTV Europe Music Awards nomination for Best Swiss Act.
