Imany Bio
Singer Imany was born Nadia Mladjao on April 5, 1979 in Martigues, Bouches-de-Rhone, France. She got a later start to her music career; she didn’t start singing until 2008.
Her debut album, “Shape of the Heart,” was released in 2011. It reached number nineteen on the Syndicat National de l’Edition Phonographique (French music charts), number ten on the Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (Italian music charts), and number four on the Polish music charts. The single, “You Will Never Know,” off the album reached number two on the Polish music charts and number one on the Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (Italian music charts). In 2014, she produced the soundtrack for “Sous les jupes des filles.” The soundtrack reached number sixteen on the Polish music charts. The single, “The Good, The Bad & The Crazy” off the soundtrack reached number one on the Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (Italian music charts).
