Imogen Poots was born on June 3, 1989, at the Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital in Hammersmith, London. She is an English actor. Her major break came in 2007, when she was cast in the British science fiction horror film 28 Weeks Later directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo as Tammy Harris. Imogen Poots gained recognition for her performance in the movie and went on to have leading parts in many movies in the late 2000s and early 2010s, including Cracks as Poppy, Centurion as Arianne, Chatroom as Eva, and Fright Night as Amy Peterson. Alongside André Benjamin, Hayley Atwell, and Burn Gorman, she played Linda Keith in the Jimi Hendrix biopic Jimi: All Is by My Side in 2013. She played Debbie Raymond, Paul Raymond's daughter, in the biopic The Look of Love about the English publisher, club owner, and real estate developer Paul Raymond that same year.
