In The Valley Below Bio
In the Valley Below was formed in 2011 in Los Angeles, California. Jeffrey Jacob Mendel, Angela Gail Mattson, and Joshua Clair are the current members of the band. The group’s self-titled EP was issued in the same year. In 2014, In the Valley Below released the album The Belt which includes the single “Peaches.” Peaches Remixes and Man Girl were also released as EPs. Peaches was re-released in 2016 and the single managed to climb to No. 18 of Billboard’s alternative songs chart and No. 33 of Billboard Rock Songs chart. In 2017, the band released the EP Elephant. The band’s sophomore album, Pink Chateau, was released in 2019. Some of the popular tracks off the album include “Blue Sky Drugs,” “Brass Ring,” and “Hold On Tight.”
