Information Society Bio

Information Society is a band from Minnesota, United States. The band was formed in 1982, and its current members include keyboardist/percussionist Paul Robb, vocalist/keyboardist Kurt Harland, and bass guitarist/vocalist James Cassidy. They released their first album, titled “Information Society” in 1988. Two years later, they released their second album, titled “Hack”. In 1992, they released their third album, “Peace and Love, Inc.”

Their fourth album, “Don’t Be Afraid” was released in 1997. After a 10-year break, during which the band had been dissolved, the band released their fifth album “Synthesizer. This was followed by a new album in 2014, titled “Hello World”. Two years later, they issued their seventh album, “Orders of Magnitude”. Their final and latest album, “ODDFellows” was released in 2021. Kurt Harland and Mithat recorded two songs, titled “Cruel Lovin” and “All You Ever Told Were Lies” under the stage name A.K.A.
