Intervals Bio
Intervals is a Canadian band that was formed in 2011 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The founding members of the band include Aaron Marshall, Anup Sastry, Lukas Guyader, Matt De Luca and Mike Semesky.
The band’s debut EP The Space Between was released in 2011, and In Time, another EP followed the next year (2012). The band then switched to vocals and released their debut album A Voice Within in 2013. Their next album The Shape of Colour arrived in December 2015, The Way Forward in December 2017 and Circadian in November 2020, all instrumental albums.
Intervals has toured throughout Canada and the United States, performing with bands such as Animals as Leaders, Protest the Hero, The Contortionist and Between the Buried and Me.
