David Jai Rodriguez is an American singer, songwriter and actor who was born on June 22nd 1979 in Brentwood, New York, United States. He has a younger brother Nick and both were born and raised in Brentwood.
David began his career at 18 when he starred as Angel in the Broadway musical RENT. David rose to fame for his role in Bravo’s groundbreaking series Queer Eye For The Straight Guy. He also created a niche role for himself on the Emmy Award-winning series, the Culture Vulture. He also appeared on The Producers, which is another Broadway production.
