Jaimie Alexander Bio
Jaimie Lauren Alexander (born March 12, 1984) is an actress from the United States. She is most recognized for her roles as Jessi on Kyle XY and as Lady Sif in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She starred in the NBC series Blindspot from 2015 to 2020.
In 2003, she was cast in the major role of Hanna Thompson in the low-budget, award-winning film The Other Side, which launched her career.
According to the movie's commentary, she went to the audition to assist out by reading lines against the male performers, but after hearing her do the lines, director Gregg Bishop opted to put her in the lead part.
Alexander's next role was Sara, the love interest of the main character, David, who is a socially introverted genius played by Keith Staley in the film Squirrel Trap.
Soon after, she made a cameo appearance on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, in which she played Tammy, a femme fatale who, by a series of circumstances, manages to get away with murder.
