Jamaal Lacelles is an English professional soccer player who plays as a center-back in the English Premier League. He was born in Derby, England, on November 11, 1993. Jamaal began his soccer career with the junior set up at Nottingham Forest, and he turned professional in 2011 when he signed with their senior squad. He has since represented Newcastle United and Stevenage, but he is best known for his time with Newcastle where he played alongside Kieran Trippier, Chris Wood, Callum Wilson, Nick Pope, and Jonjo Shelvey. Jamaal’s career highlights include winning the EFL Championship and being named in the PFA Team of the Year.
