James Crowder Bio

James Crowder (born August 23, 1994 in Los Angeles, California) is an American eSports Player who built a reputation under the gamertag Replays or ReeP before changing his name to Crowder. He is widely known as a Call of Duty World Champion in 2015 and a 2021 World Champion coach.

After suffering from a sports related injury at the age of 14, Crowder began to develop an interest in competitive gaming. In 2008, Replays started playing the Call of Duty series on Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

He started with vVv Gaming, alongside Realize, Theory, and Complex at the MLG Winter Championship 2013 and Call of Duty Championship 2013. Following the championship, Crowder decided to move to FaZe Clan with SpaceLy, Huhdle, and Slacked.

In 2014, Crowder entered Call of Duty: Ghosts, where he had his best placings. He started off the season with FaZe Clan to a T24 placing. As the captain, he built a new roster with Classic, JKap, and Methodz going into UMG Philadelphia 2014. The new team saw greater success here with a 7th place finish. Replays continued to captain FaZe Clan throughout Ghosts until his team was dropped and replaced by the new FaZe Black.
