James Hype Bio
James Hype is an English DJ, music producer, and remix artist born in Liverpool, England on November 28, 1989. He is best known for his debut single “More than Friends” featuring Kelli-Leigh. The single was released by Warner Music and charted at number 8 in the UK, 28 in Germany, 20 in Ireland, 12 in Belgium, 26 in Australia, and 29 in Switzerland. Before the release of his debut single he produced official remixes for international artists like Clean Bandit and OT Genesis. In 2017 he released his debut EP titled More Than Friends. He has also released the collaboration EPs Love Shy with Kristine Blond and No Drama with Craig David. James is a DJ ambassador for Pioneer DJ and is featured in their online videos. He is also a presenter on the late night radio show KISS FM on Thursday nights.
