Jared Abrahamson is a Canadian actor born in Flin Flon, Canada on November 19, 1987. He is best known for his role in the film Hello Destroyer and for his role in the Netflix series Travelers. Abrahamson studied acting at the Vancouver Film School. In 2012 he made his debut in film in the movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days and continued landing roles in the films The Submarine Kid, Detour, Texas Heart, Hello Destroyer, Blowtorch, Be Afraid, Gun, Never Steady, Never Sill, Keep Watching, Sweet Virginia, Hollow in the Land, Gregoire, Break Night, and American Animals. He made his debut on television in the TV movie Finding a Family and has since had roles in the television movies and shows Awkward, Possessing Piper Rose, Fear the Walking Dead, Seattle Superstorm, Travelers, and The Manzanis. Abrahamson has also had roles in the short films Come Home Soon, Destroyer, If You Ask Me To, New, A Cold Night in a Small Town, and Brother. Throughout his career he has been nominated for several awards and has won a Leo Award and a Vancouver Film Critics Circle Award.
