Jasmine Sandlas Bio
Jasmine Kaur Sandlas is an Indian-American playback singer, TV personality, performer, and songwriter who specializes in Punjabi music.
She’s also appeared on the TEDx, MTV Coke Studio, and Spoken Word platforms. Jasmine Sandlas is a self-taught musician.
Sandlas, who was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, and reared in Stockton, California, has always wanted to be a singer. Sandlas’ first single, “Muskan,” was a hit in 2008.
Her Bollywood playback singing career began in 2014 with the song “Yaar Na Miley” for the film Kick. “Yaar Na Miley” went viral and topped the charts upon its release, and Sandlas received widespread critical acclaim for her singing style, as well as several awards, including “Most popular song of the year 2016 – PTC Punjabi Film Awards” and “Most popular song of the year 2017 – PTC Punjabi Film Awards.”
