Jason Ellis Bio
Jason Ellis is a professional photographer and film director most renowned as the King of Covers. He has over two decades of experience photographing over 500 fitness celebrity athletes and elite fitness models for numerous advertising campaigns and magazine covers worldwide. He is generally considered the best fitness photographer in the world.
Ellis has directed 3 documentary movies including My House starring Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler (2005), Undisputed with 4x Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler (2009), and the anti-aging documentary movie titled Growing Young starring fitness media mogul and founder of P90X, Tony Horton (2013). He also directed the movie “the Perfect Physique” casting 4X Mr. Universe Mike O’Hearn with multiple stars of body-builders.
In 2013, Ellis was the recipient of the Photographer of the Decade award at the OC Fit Expo as presented by Bodybuilding.com. In 2015, he won the Photographer of the Year presented by WBFF Federation.
