Jason Scott Lee is an American actor and martial artist, born on November 19, 1966, in Los Angeles, California. He is best known for portraying Mowgli in Disney's The Jungle Book and Bruce Lee in the biopic Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story. Jason studied acting at Fullerton College. One of his first appearances was in Born in East L.A. in 1987, followed by American Eyes in 1990, Map of the Human Heart in 1993, opposite Anne Parillaud, Rapa Nui in 1994, and many more. The Los Angeles-born went on to appear in many films and TV series, including Balls of Fury with Elaine Paige, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny with Michelle Yeoh, and more.
In 2021, he played a main role in the Disney+ series Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. with Emma Meisel.
