Jean Dawson is a Mexican rapper and singer, born on December 22, 1995, in Tijuana, Mexico. He started recording and performing at the age of 14 and became known with his 2019 debut EP, Bad Sports. He worked on the release with producer/songwriter Lecx Stacy.
He became known for the songs such as 90's Green Screen and Bull Fighter. In October 2020, the Mexican hip-hop artist released his debut full-length, titled Pixel Bath, which included the singles, Bruiseboy, Power Freaks, Clear Bones, and Starface. The 13-track album hosts a few big names such as A$AP Rocky, Psymun, Jim-E Stack, Hoskins, 23rd, Blake Slatkin, Gabe Wax and Nick León. Jean has been described as a child of the Internet and an alt-pop polymath, and has performed alongside established artists like 100 gecs, YEEK, and Deb Never.
