Jean Mouret Bio
Jean Mouret (born in Mexico City) is a travel influencer, world explorer, content creator, marketing genius, and luxury enthusiast.
Mouret began his career waiting tables for $7 an hour. In late 2016, Jean rebranded his former Instagram profile into what is now known by millions as his @Explorer handle. In 2019, Jean participated in multiple photography contests for NatGeo, DJI, and Sony. In 2020, some of Jean's work was featured at KPRC Local 2 News Houston.
In the same way he has developed, Mouret hopes to inspire more people to let go of their travel fears and mental constrictions, and help them travel more places every year. Personally, he aims to become the largest and most established high end content creator in the travel space, helping people discover their inner explorer through his camera lens and Instagram.
In 2023, Jean dedicated his time to giving lectures on social media use, the responsibilities of being a travel influencer in the online space, and shooting content around the world for clients. He is inspired by popular photographers and content creators including Sam Kolder, Peter McKinnon, Everchanginghorizon, and Anckor.
