Jeff McNeil is a well-known baseball player who was born on April 8th, 1992, in Santa Barbara, in California. In high school, he participated in basketball, baseball, and golf, which served as his entry point into the world of sports. During his time in college, he played so much golf that he had to pass up the opportunity to be drafted. Later on, he made a living playing baseball at the major league level, both as an infielder and an outfielder. The New York Mets selected him in the first round of the draft in 2013. During the 2019 season, he was an outfielder for a team in the National League. Moreover, he is frequently linked to Phil Hughes, the opponent he recorded his first career hit against.
