Jeffrey Foucault is an American folk and country singer, songwriter, and producer who was born on January 26, 1976, in Whitewater, Wisconsin. He began his artistic career when he was studying at the University of Wisconsin playing in different local cafes and bars. He released her first LP in 2001 and it was titled Miles from the Lightning. In 2003 he released a trio album alongside Kris Delmhorst and Peter Mulvey, after which he released a series of successful LPs including “Stripping Cane'' in 2004 and Ghost Repeater in 2006 with the label Signature Sounds. He released a tribute album of John Prine in 2009 and then began to work on his first band project alongside writer Lisa Olstein creating the band Cold Satellite and releasing two albums in 2010 and 2013. After that, he dug into producing work for the artists Hayward Williams, Caitlin Canty, and John Statz. He then created his own record label called BlueBlade and released a new solo album titled Salt as Wolves in 2015.
