Jeffrey Osborne is a singer and songwriter born on 9th March 1948 in Rhode Island, United States. He is a former member of the American music group L.T.D, with whom he started his career in 1970. He recorded a number of hit singles with the group, including “Love Ballad”, “Holding on (When Love Is Gone)”, and “Concentrate on You”. He left the group in 1976 with his brother Billy Osborne. He later started his solo career and released his first album self-titled album in 1982.
The album featured the singles “I Really Don’t Need Light, and “On the Wings of Love”, which reached number 29 and 30 on the pop chart, respectively. He went in to release the albums “Stay with Me Tonight” in 1983, “Don’t Stop” in 1984, “Emotional” in 1986, “One Love – One Dream” in 1988, “Only Human” in 1990, “Something Warm for Christmas” in 1997, “That’s for Sure” in 2000, “Music is Life” in 2003, “From the Soul” in 2005, “A Time for Love” in 2013, and “Worth It All” in 2018.
