Jennifer Mary Elfman, better known as Jenna Elfman, is an American actress and producer best known for her work in film and television. She was born in Los Angeles, California, United States, on September 30, 1971. Jenna began her acting career in the early 1990s when she appeared in the TV series Murder, She Wrote, Freshman Dorm, and The George Carlin Show. She became famous in 1997 when she starred in the comedy-romance series Dharma & Greg alongside Thomas Gibson, Joel Murray, Mimi Kennedy, Alan Rachins, Susan Sullivan, and Shae D'lyn. Her filmography includes Friends With Benefits, Keeping the Faith, EDtv, Looney Tunes: Back in Action, CyberWorld, and Krippendorf's Tribe. Jenna received three Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series and three Golden Globes nominations for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Comedy or Musical.
