Jeremy O. Harris is an American playwright and Instagram personality who was born on June 2nd 1989 in Martinsville, Virginia, United States. He was born and raised in the US, graduating from the Yale School of Drama in 2019 with a Masters in Fine Arts. Jeremy’s career started in the acting field where one of his first roles was as Jon at the Steppenwolf Theater Company. He is now well known for his 2016 play Daddy and the 2018 play Slave Play. Slave Play received 12 nominations at the 74th Tony Awards. Jeremy won the 2018 Paula Vogel Playwriting Award.
