Jermaine La Juane Jackson is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and producer who performs pop, R&B, soul, and funk music. He was born in Gary, Indiana, United States, on December 11, 1954. Jermaine began his music career in 1965 at the age of eleven when he and his brothers Tito Jackson, Marlon Jackson, Randy Jackson, and Michael Jackson formed the famous band, The Jackson 5. Jermaine began his solo career in 1972 with the release of his hit single Daddy’s Home. His discography includes the hit singles When the Rain Begins to Fall, Do What You Do, Let’s Get Serious, Don’t Take It Personal, and the albums Let’s Get Serious, I Wish You Love, and Precious Moments. Jermaine and his brothers had their songs I’ll Be There, I Want You Back, and ABC inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.
