Jerry Di is a singer and songwriter born on 7th February 1991 in Caracas, Venezuela. He is widely recognized for his hit singles “Shorty,” “Summer in Paris,” and “Mi Cuarto”. He began his musical career with different music groups, including Dakata and Calle Ciega. He started his solo career in 2017, and the following year, he released a remix version of the single “Culito nuevo 2” in collaboration with Kobi Cantill, Big Soto, and Micro TDH.
The remix was not only an instant hit but also took his career to a higher level. The song went viral on TikTok and earned more than 1 million views. In 2019, he collaborated on the singles “Respete Uteh” and “Serendipity”. His major breakthrough in the music scene came in 2020 when he released the single “When”. He also signed with Universal Music in the same year.
