Jess Val Ortiz (born November 6, 1997 in Morristown, New Jersey) is a model, social media star, and content creator most renowned for the comedy skits and reaction videos she posts to her jessvalortiz TikTok account.
Jess made her first TikTok post on March 30, 2020. It was a video of her dancing to Megan Thee Stallion’s Savage with the caption, “Welcome to my first tik tok snakes”. The day after, Jess posted four more videos and kept up the pace. The social media star who started TikTok for fun has now amassed over 8.4 million followers on the lip-syncing platform and 423 million likes. Her Instagram account, jessvalortiz, is also verified with over 308k followers.
Jess is a graduate of Penn State University. She took to Instagram on May 9, 2020 to celebrate her graduation after completing her BFA in Musical Theater in PSU after 4 years. She also stated how scared and excited she was to enter into the new phase of her life.
