Jevon Carter Bio
Jevon Carter is a professional basketball player who currently plays in the National Basketball Association for the Brooklyn Nets. Born on 14th September 1995 in Oak Park, Illinois, United States, Carter started playing basketball for the Proviso East High School. He received scholarship offers from different Universities but decided to stick with West Virginia. He started his professional career with the Memphis Grizzlies after being selected in the second round of the 2018 NBA draft.
The Memphis Grizzlies officially unveiled him on 12th July 2018. He scored his career-high 32 points on 10th April 2019 in a 132-17 win against the Golden State Warriors. On 7th July 2019, he was traded to the Phoenix. He became a free agent in November 2020 but signed a new three-year contract with the Suns. He was named in the team that represented the Suns in the 2021 NBA finals but was defeated by the Milwaukee Bucks.
