James Joseph Norton, better known as Jim Norton, is an American comedian, actor, author, and TV personality best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Bayonne, New Jersey, United States, on July 19, 1968. Jim began his career as a stand-up comedian in 1990, and he has since had an extensive career in comedy, releasing the specials One Night Stand: Jim Norton, A Mouthful of Shame, and American Degenerate. In 1997, he made his film debut in the film Brokers, and he has since been a regular on the TV series Power, Inside Amy Schumer, Louie, and Lucky Louie. His filmography includes The Reunion, Spider-Man, Cop Out, Pitching Tents, The Comedian, From Nowhere, and True Bromance, but he is best known for starring in the crime-drama film The Irishman alongside Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Ray Romano, and Bobby Cannavale.
