James Rash, better known as Jim Rash, is an award-winning American actor, writer, director, producer, and comedian best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, on July 15, 1971.
Jim began his acting career in 1997 when he appeared in the TV series Tracey Takes On. He has since had recurring roles in the TV series Katie Joplin, The Naked Truth, Thanks, That '70s Show, Help Me Help You, These People, Museum of Human History, and Blark and Son, but he is best known for starring in the comedy series Community alongside Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Donald Glover, and Alison Brie. Jim’s filmography includes Captain America: Civil War, The Descendants, Sky High, The Way, Way Back, Downhill, Slackers, Thoroughbreds, and Long Weekend.
Jim won an Oscar Award for Best Writing, Adapted Screenplay.
