Jockstrap Bio
Jockstrap is a music duo of Taylor Skye and Georgia Ellery. The two met in 2016 at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. The music duo was eventually founded in 2016. Their first EP “Love is the Key to the City” was released in 2018. Two years later, they signed a recording contract with Warp Records and dropped their sophomore EP “Wicked City” in June of that year. Their fourth EP “Beavercore” was released in 2020.
In 2021, they signed a recording contract with Rough Trade Records and went on to release three singles under the album “Glasgow”, “Concrete Over Water”, and “50/50”. Their debut studio album “I Love Yoir Jeniffer B” was released in 2022 under Rough Trade Records. The album contained 10 singles and peaked at number 3 on the UK Independent Albums (OCC). In 2023, they released a remix, titled “I<3UQTINVU”.
