Joel Courtney Bio
Joel Courtney is an American actress best known for his work in film. He was born in Monterey, California, United States, on January 31, 1996. He burst onto the entertainment scene in 2011 when he was cast as one of the main characters in the Sci-Fi film Super which also featured Elle Fanning, AJ Michalka, Kyle Chandler, and Jessica Tuck. Joel has since acted in the films The Empty Man, The River Thief, and the film series The Kissing Booth. He has appeared in the TV series The Messengers, R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour, APB, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. He won a Saturn Award from the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films for Best Performance by a Younger Actor and a Phoenix Film Critics Society Award for Best Ensemble Acting.
