Joel Kim Booster, also known as Joel Alexander Kim Booster, is a South Korean-born American actor, comedian, producer, and writer. He was born on Jeju Island, South Korea, on February 29, 1988. His full name is Joel Alexander Kim Booster. His adoptive parents took care of him while he was growing up in Plainfield, Illinois, and he attended Millikin College for his theatrical training. His play "Kate and Sam Are Not Breaking Up," which was performed at The Colony Theatre in Chicago, Illinois, was put in the running for a Joseph Jefferson Non-Equity Award for New Work in 2014. As an actor, he has been on Shrill, Search Party, and Sunnyside, in addition to co-producing and writing for the television shows Big Mouth and The Other Two. In addition to that, he is famous for his roles in the films Fire Island and Trip.
