Joel Rueben Madden, widely known as Joel Madden, is an accomplished American singer, songwriter, and TV personality, renowned for his vibrant performances in the pop and rock music genres. He was born in Waldorf, Maryland, United States, on March 11, 1979.
His journey in the music industry began in 1995, and the subsequent year, he co-founded the highly successful band Good Charlotte, where he assumed the role of the lead vocalist and has since been an integral part of the group. Throughout his illustrious career, Joel has contributed significantly to Good Charlotte's discography, lending his powerful vocals to hit singles like "The Anthem," "Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous," "The River," "I Don’t Wanna Be In Love," and "I Just Wanna Live." The band's albums, including "The Chronicles of Life and Death," "The Young and the Hopeless," and "Generation Rx," have received widespread acclaim.
In addition to his work with Good Charlotte, Joel forms a dynamic duo with his brother, known as The Madden Brothers.
