John Bhattacharya Bio
Shaurja Bhattacharya, widely known as John Bhattacharya, is an actor, dancer, and model born in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, on June 24, 1994. He began his career as Hariharan 'Harry' Singh in the Bengali TV series Bojhena Se Bojhena on Star Jalsha. Between 2014 and 2015, he portrayed Rohit in the TV series Thik Jeno Love Story, produced by Shree Venkatesh Films.
In 2016, John picked up the lead role of Raja Ishaan in Colors Bangla's Nagleela. He made his movie debut in 2021 as Binod Bhattacharya in Golondaaj. He has worked alongside Yash Dasgupta, Madhumita Sarkar, Debolina Dutta, and Dipankar De.
John has appeared in several music videos, including Anupam Roy's Mitthey Kotha, Nakash Aziz and Nikhita Gandhi's Bolo Dugga Maiki, and Kaushik and Guddu's Konya Ash King, Guddu. In 2019, he starred as Ayush Singha Roy in the Surinder Films-produced Nojor on Star Jalsha. His acting credits include Tui Amar Hero, Mayar Badhon, Alor Thikana, and Rimli.
