Jonas Rathsman Bio
Jonas Rathsman is a Swedish electronic musician producer and DJ, as well as a graphic designer. Rathsman was born in Western Sweden and he entered the Gothenburg electronic scene at age 18, organizing and performing in parties. He soon gained the attention of producers and he signed with the French Express label. He began releasing music through the label in 2011, debuting with the bass-filled single “Love Is My Middle Name”, followed by “Tobago/ Feeling You”. That was enough for major players in the electronic game such as The Magician or Pete Tong to notice, praise and promote Rathsman’s work. In 2014, he was asked to remix “Like I Can” a Sam Smith’s hit. He has also done collaborations with artists such as Disclosure. From 2011 to 2020, Rathman has released over 20 singles and remixes like “Within Borders” through Elements and “Wolfsbane” through Method White.
